Our product is a fungicide. It’s not a pesticide—which kills insects—or an
herbicide—which kills plants. It’s a fungicide that moss and its spores respond to.

Our product kills the moss in place and prevents its spores from returning for a long time. Similarly, algae and lichens also respond beautifully to our product in the same way.

1. We check up on the results at an important time in the process.

In the process of removing moss, after the application of the product, during the first six months the moss dies. We keep a close eye on that. If at the end of that first six months, there is any live moss, we will come back treat the offending areas again.

   there.

After that first six months, your roof enters into the “stay clean” period. And it is going to stay beautifully clean or we will come back and fix it. It’s rare that we have to come back, but we stand behind both our product and our warranty 100%.

Sometimes we are approached about selling the product. We don’t sell our product because it has to be applied correctly, and we can only be sure of the correct application if we do it ourselves.
