Every leader of a team of two authorized technicians holds a fall safety certificate from the Roofing Institute of BC and a Boom Lift Operation Certificate.  They are trained in Soft Wash systems, monitored and accountable, through coaching sessions.  We have ongoing discussions where everyone contributes with ideas about how to improve our group methods and skills.

Management is in the Inner Circle of Business Skills and in that program participates in online business classrooms, with an emphasis exterior cleaning.  This school is based in Texas and has high standards. People attend from all over the world.

The customer service systems we use, and other technical systems keep our customers well served on theadministration side.  They are well developed, with written policies and job descriptions.
